Thai Shrimp and Pasta -This tasty, terrific, thai shrimp pasta recipe is simply divine. A whole pound of succculent shrimp is used, and cooked stove top into a simple, distinctive, creamy, sweet thai sauce that is unlike any other. Ingredients to make Thai Shrimp and Pasta
1 tablespoon peanut or vegetable oil
1 lb uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp, thawed if frozen, tail shells removed
1 cup sliced red onion
1 to 2 teaspoons green or red Thai curry paste
1 can (14.5 oz) organic diced or fire roasted diced tomatoes, drained
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut milk (not cream of coconut)
1/4 cup chopped fresh Thai basil or basil leaves

Cheesy Tomato Pasta - This secretly simple cheesy tomato pasta with sauce recipe, is absolutely delicious. Fresh pasta noodles are cooked stovetop, then added to a homemade sauce, recipe included, mixed with just the right amount of spice. 1 7 oz. pkg elbow macaroni,cooked, drained
8 sl Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c Chili sauce
1/4 c Lemon juice from concentrate
2 ts Instant chicken bouillon
2 ts Sugar
1 lg Tomato, seeded and chopped
1/4 c Slice green onions
4 c Thinly sliced lettuce
